Pocket Guide Order Form

High school counselors may request up to 300 free pocket guides per year.

College admissions offices and non-profit education organizations may request up to 100 free pocket guides per year.

Additional packs of 100 for colleges and high schools are $12 each. Colleges and high schools wishing to order more than the free amount are asked to call us at 812-856-5824, or send us an email at nsse@indiana.edu.

Consultants, other non-educational requests
Copies are available for $25 per pack of 100, but limited to one packet per year plus a delivery charge of $10.

Shipping
No postage is charged on free copies. Additional copies for high school counselors and admissions officers are available for $12 per packet of 100. There is a shipping charge of $10 on all orders exceeding the free amount.

Orders sent outside of the continental US will incur an additional $30 charge.
