Percent of institutions with at least four NSSE administrations between 2004 and 2009 that showed a steady trend of improvement in at least one measure for first-year students. Twenty-eight percent did so for seniors. The percentage showing a downward trend was trivial.

Percent of faculty members who said it is important for undergraduates to complete a culminating senior experience. Thirty-three percent of seniors have done so, and another 31% were planning to do so.
