Sample Institutional Report
The Institutional Report includes several standard reports, an overview of the data, and many supporting resources sent to participating colleges and universities.
NSSE Standard Report Samples
Below are samples (in PDF format) of the standard reports which are sent to participating institutions both in hard copy and electronically. All reports are delivered in August of the administration year, except the Major Field Report which is delivered in the fall and the Executive Snapshot which accompanies the NSSE Annual Results in November.

Data File and Codebook
NSSE returns the raw data with student identifiers to institutions for additional analysis and merging with other school records. Data are delivered in SPSS format, or other formats upon request. The codebook details all variables in the data.
